Too Fast Too Furious?. Seems to be the case in the computing world as chip speeds keep reaching newer levels. However the software that runs these chips are sluggish in comparison and are unable to keep pace. With arrival of processors with over eight cores Microsoft has hired some of the leading minds in the field to explore approaches to rewriting the company's software. Hmm... 8 cores; Wonder if I could dowlnoad 8 movies at the same time when it arrives.
